We stayed one night and changed. The rooms looks good, but at night, we discovered that there were bedbugs. Also doesn't have AC and it has a little bit of street noise. Bad experience.

We got a two-doublebed room for a price of standard double which was about the size. It was clean and we haven't had any problems. There is no A/C but it is not necessary in November.
It looks like there is only one girl at the reception all the time but she speaks a decent English and is helpful.
Yes, there was a specific smell but it didn't really bother us so much and you forget about it after a few moments.
