They have some great jambalaya and gumbo! All authentic Louisiana style food, just wish they were open longer hours!

3/9/16: So I'm typing this while inhaling their jambalaya. And if that verb didn't give away my view on this place, then I'll put it more bluntly; Cajun in a truck serves delicious, cheap, & authentic creole food.
You're missing out if you live in Tampa and haven't been (yet).

Update, 4/8/16: Oh my god. Their Jambalaya just gets better and better.

Are here when the truck was at a hockey game. Oh. My. God. My wife got I believe a shrimp po-boy wrap and I got jambalaya. It was phenomenal and I recently saw their headquarters at 12th and Hillsborough. I will definitely be paying them a visit soon!
