They can not keep Pay Period Weeks straight from one paycheck to another. Something that should be automated, unbelievable.

If you want to wait several days to get a response in dealing with a payroll issue then this is the company for you. They are closing cases immediately with no actual resolutions/contact but hey their support stats must look great to the execs over there.

If i could leave no stars I would because that is what this company deserves. This company is incompetent and unprofessional. They are not serious in what you are paying them to do. They do the reporting incorrectly and are constantly making mistakes on sensitive data. As a result, you will have issues with the IRS. They DO NOT KNOW where they stand and how to have reliable customer service. You will find yourselve calling them every day in an attempt to have a solution for mistakes that they make. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT hire this company to do your payroll. Please look for a reliable and professional company to do your business payroll elsewhere.

I have processed payroll for previous employers and CPA's for over 25 years. Since working with Benefit Mall, I have NEVER experienced so many processing errors or failures to process payroll at all. Everything is handled as an emergency. Our processor has changed at least 5 times in the past 9 months, usually without our knowledge. Communication is a complete failure. Looking forward to working with our new payroll company! I just found out *another* new person processed our payroll yesterday!
