Clean office and pleasant staff. Wait time was a little long but not unreasonable for a dentist office.

Big bend office is awful. My daughter has braces, and a different person works on her. Had to take her back 3 times for bad work. And now im back again after 3 hours after her appt. Not at all happy

Awful! Do NOT bring your kids here. They perform unnecessary procedures, my son was terrified coming here and months later after I transferred his care somewhere else I learned that he was scared of the staff because they were mean to him, would make him clean up his own vomit and would get yell at him for gagging mind you he was 5 years old at that time. I would give them 0 stars

Appointments run Hours behind even if you arrive early for scheduled appointment.
Entire property is filthy. Also smells like urine in offices and vomit in restrooms. I do not suggest sitting in the chairs as they are also dirty.
Total HIPPA violations as patient charts are left up on monitors for others to see.
Came for new patient cleaning. Insurance says no copay but dentist requires two x-rays not covered.
Once they have x-rays and oral exam they will NOT do a general dental cleaning and INSIST you have full mouth debridement for hundreds of dollars not covered by insurance. No cleaning and a total waste of my entire day and spending the evening cleaning the bottom of my shoes off from their nasty floors.

The wait is too long came here 01/23/17 with my daughter to see the dentist got here at 1:55 appointment was for 2:15 it's 5:20 and I'm still at the dentist that's outrageous not coming back again. 5:30 & now leaving 😴😪😤😠An the place is nasty in the lobby. Dirt is every where! The walls are dirty, the baseboard are beyond nasty! An you can not go back with you kids either.
