This dentist goes thru multiple assistants and other staff members, the only ones that had a clue was his front desk who ran and around with her head cut off because of his incompetency was Mindy and Kathy the hygienist, these girls went the extra mile when I brought my Mom in for multiple treatments, I called recently to make an appt. with someone named Shannon who by the way is very rude and says that the previous staff before here weren't doing their jobs (how unprofessional) to point out other faults when she clearly has demeanor issues herself. This person SHANNON is full of herself and from what Fay says she was rehired back. Dr. Kumar isn't the nicest person but I have been taking my mother there many years because of Kathy. I think that Dr.Kumar needs to realize you have to treat your staff better to keep them and not to let the good ones leave only to replace them with others who bash the old staff. I find this office has gone severely down hill due to the lack of staying on time for a schedule and having rude people work for him. I will be taking my mother else where to complete her $5,000 dental treatment plan. This place is not clean and Dr. Kumar isn't confident in diagnosing his treatment, he goes from one thing to another then switches it in the middle and lets Shannon diagnose which I am clearly not comfortable with. I think Dr. Kumar should rethink what's wrong with him.

Have had two major procedures done, each involving at least two appointments. Everything has always very gone well, and everyone there is kind and attentive. It's worth noting I have a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist. I've always been made to feel very calm and comfortable, unlike a couple places I'd been to before. It's a small practice, so the schedule is tight, but it's worth the wait, especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist.

Dr Kumar wasted my time. Instead of making me a mouth guard I needed, he decided to waste weeks instead of telling me he can't make me one. Apparently, he's not confident in his skills to produce quality work. He spends like 2 minutes with a patient and barely gets to know you or your name. You're just an X-ray. Clearly he'd rather avoid good quality customer service and do the bare minimum. Hell, the staff does most of the work anyhow. Mindy is great. So are the rest is the ladies. The best part is this place is the koi pond. Please don't bother. And always leave reviews of your doctor/dentist experiences. Let's make this elite class accountable and beg for our 5 star ratings like every other business does.

The staff and Doctor were all very nice and polite. The office was very clean and even had a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, those are the only nice things I can say about my experience.

I recently acquired dental insurance for the first time in years and was excited to visit, expecting to likely hear bad news. I had several cavities and was quoted for a few hundred dollars' worth of work in 3 appointments aside from my cleaning. These things are to be expected, I was not surprised, although a little disappointed. It is a stress for me to get time off work so I scheduled my first appointment for my cleaning about a month later.

I showed up for that appointment, waited as a return patient for about 30 minutes. While I was waiting, a man came in without an appointment saying that his tooth was killing him. He went in ahead of me, which is fine. Once they took me into my room they started prepping me for 3 fillings. I was surprised as it has been several years since I've had my teeth cleaned and asked why my appointment had been changed. The hygienist advised me that the girl who does their cleanings wasn't available so they wanted to do the fillings first. It seems to me like the cleaning would be important before covering a tooth, but I trusted the professionals who said it didn't make a difference.

Apparently they had 2 more "emergency" appointments walk in thereafter. I sat for about another half hour before they gave me my first shot of Novocain. The shot was incredibly painful and I winced. The doctor looked at the needle after he took it out of my mouth and said "Oh wow did that hurt that much? This needle is kind of dull, let me try another one." About every 20 minutes, the dentist would come in and give me another. After my 4th shot of Novocain, I wondered what was going one. A woman came in and told me maybe I should reschedule my appointment. My whole face was numb and I had already requested the time off work so I said I would wait. About 20 minutes later, Dr. Kumar came in and started drilling, but it still hurt. He gave me another shot of Novocain. He said they would be doing 2 fillings instead of 3. I wasn't happy, but when I left I scheduled another appointment for the next few fillings. In addition, I was charged a higher price than I was originally quoted.

For about a week, I excused the pain (which I didn't have prior to the fillings) as normal. When time came for my next appointment, I received a call from the office advising me that they had another walk in emergency and if I came at my scheduled time, they would only be able to do 1 filling. Again, I had already scheduled time off work and was still in excruciating pain from the original fillings, so I asked them to cancel my appointment. I have no intention of returning to this office.

2 months later, I still can't chew on the right side of my mouth and my teeth are hyper sensitive to hot and cold. I had absolutely no pain prior to this procedure. I spoke with a hygienist I know who works in pediatrics and she said the amount of Novocain I was given before the procedure was inappropriate.
