They kept picking up the phone, instead of helping the people waiting. Took way to long to fix problem and leave car.

They explained payment arrangements one way and resulted in my account being overdrawn. Extended for one day, when the person on the phone told me the total amount, he did not tell me that I had a subtotal which I was told there was a hold on, long story short Alamo took the money and resulted in am overdrawn account with many fees!!!!!

I've rented a Alamo Car from Atlanta Airport, GA and turned in 1001 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa. I've received very good service at both places. No extras was pushed to add. The Tampa office is Super good, in & out about 5-7 minutes. Car was clean. I'm happy with Alamo!

Good service, fast and friendly, clerk seemed a little new to the job but handled himself well despite that fact.

This location is both Enterprise and Alamo, same desk, same people, same cars. I rented through Alamo from the cruise port. Be advised, this location opens at 730am, the grumpy old man that drives the shuttle does not start work until 800am and shows up at the cruise port around 815am, so don't start your rental until at least 800am. The phone number listed for this office apparently is wrong and rings busy when you try to contact them (verified standing at desk). Male rep did "upgrade" me to a pickup truck instead of a compact and gave free gas usage for the day (only rented for 1 day). Although....the vehicle was quite dirty inside, It was very evident that they accepted this return and never cleaned it for turnaround. Also he "forgot" to enter the vehicle into my reservation when I left, so upon returning it to the tampa airport, they had no idea what vehicle I had. They had to enter all the info into the computer when I was trying to get into the airport. It was frustrating and needless to say the Alamo people at the airport were not too happy with this locations people.
