The absolute worst!! I called made an appointment, told the lady over the phone everything I wanted done. When I show up the day of the appointment my stylist is over 20 minutes late and then tells me that she doesn't have enough time to do what I need done that she can cut my hair and I can come back another day for everything else and then to top it off they didn't give me a full refund for my gift certificate so I spent $25 to basically sit in their salon. and the owner doesn't even speak English so when you have a complaint you can't even file it properly because she doesn't understand what you're saying. Awful awful awful salon I do not know how they are still in business if you need somewhere to go get your hair done go anywhere but here save your money even Supercuts is better
