If you are looking for those clean, state of the art, modern facilities where everyone is wearing latex... this is not the gym for you. However if you a looking for a back alley, hardcore, "Rocky 3" type gym... then this is the place for you.

Great atmosphere and the knowledge of the "Doc" is sublime. There strength and conditioning or rehab
