I would NOT recommend this Limousine Service. We hired this company for my son and 15 school friends to go to a Prom Night. It was hired (paid up front) for an hour with free (soft) drinks included. They turned up over 35 minutes late with no drinks provided! Instead of a drive around, the kids were taken straight to the event and in the end had less than 20 mins in the car. We tried to contact the company to find out where they were, but no reply. The driver offered no apology. We tried to get a (partial) refund to reflect the service but were told 'no' in non-polite terms. The kids paid £30 each for this ie. £480!!!!!! Sadly we made the mistake of a) booking this firm, but b) using a debit card instead of a credit card so could not even take up the matter with the credit card company for lack of service provided.
