Chutima Therapy

So rude! I had been going to this thai massage for several months, travelling some 50 miles! but one weekend I had to change an appointment. I called, and left a message for them to call me back and discuss. They didn’t. I called again, and asked for them to at least return my call, and let me know they’d got my first message. They didn’t. When this weekend I tried to make a new appointment, they said they’d received a complaint from the therapist about me not attending. The owner, demanded I pay a deposit, which I had no issue with. Neither would I have had an issue with paying for the previous missed appointment. As I explained this, the owner just put the phone down on me.

Absolutely great place for Massage Therapy. Very satisfing customer service and very polite staff. Definitely recommend this place.

I've been visiting Chutima for a couple of years now and am never disappointed with the quality of massage. Today was no exception was even better than I've had before, with Neil instinctively finding the knots and tension that cause me pain. Thanks Chutima for your courteous and professional service. I will definitely come again and again and again...

I always have a great experience at Chutima, everyone who works there is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I always feel great after a massage here!
