They really don't care about you nor they know what they doing. There are no procedures no guidelines for the staff themselves and they just buy time every time you contact them.

I used it for "net remittance" to transfer money to Pakistan, with my verified account, things were going fine for transferring money to Pakistan on monthly basis but then suddenly for one very important transaction, they took money out of my bank and contacted me after a day that they have kept my money on hold and won't transfer it until i provide bank statements attested by solicitor... REALLY. I tried to explain that they shouldn't have taken money out of my bank and leave me with empty pocket if they needed any further verification and if they have taken it out of my bank account, they are liable to process it BUT they don't understand. Everyone I spoke to was singing a different song as they all work in different banks.

Awful, irresponsible, RUDE and MONEY FIRST bank.
