Unbelievably addictive atmostphere, upbeat and motivational. The guys really know there stuff. They really make programmes work for the individuals which is harder than you'd think.

Highly recommend the cryo spa for any sporting or day to day injuries. I've been using it for back pain and it's been working wonders. Also, the spa is run by a great bunch of lads who will make sure you're well looked after!

Cyrospa itself very effective in removing muscle soreness, prevention of injuries and also extremely beneficial in recovery from matches as well as injuries.
Great prices with some great deals on offer including team offers
Two fellas that run it are gentlemen and provide a great customer service.
