Loved the Ali Bey Resort! This was my first time in Turkey, and I went on my honeymoon (with my wife). It was beautiful, it seems they've thought of everything, and we loved the way it was managed. There seemed to be so many attentive friendly staff always busy and happy to help. The Resort was so clean and verdant, the architecture of the main buildings was stunning! Marble everywhere, tasteful columns and candelabras. We Loved every bit.
Couldn't believe the minibar was restocked for free each day! Seems the value for money went a long way with the food and drink, which we thoroughly indulged in breakfast lunch and dinner. (And the inbetweens!) So many places to go to, and things to do in the resort, we only left twice in our 2 weeks stay, but only missed 1 meal. The food is even better than the local restaurants, so makes it hard to leave!
We swam, or ran on the beach every day. (We had to if we wanted to maintain our waistlines!!!) And we did the archery, mini golf, lots of sun bathing and relaxing. Then in the evenings we were stunned by the quality of entertainment. Done mostly in English, but lots in German, Russian and Turkish. We loved the multicultural feel, and everyone just enjoying the luxury together.

For my opinion - one of best hotel for family resort. Huge, green territory, long beach (but beach umbrellas not enough, if you come after 10 a.m.). We are resting in this hotel September 2nd - 15th. Two floors in main restaurant, second floor have been closed September 9th, because hi season finished. Many Turkish families with children, second place - Russian families. Remark - this hotel called as Ali Bey Resort Sorgun
