Yes, the first floor has a cafeteria feel to it. BUT the second floor has a chic vibe with nice seating areas.

Four stars cause of the wait and price for what it is. It's priced the same as a restaurant with table service, but it's not. It's a self-service place.

Good value Italian food, with the novelty of having it cooked in front of you. Make sure to avoid peak times if you are in a rush. There is a lift to the second floor next to the pizza counter and plenty of high seats for kids.

The blueberry cheesecake was old and did not taste good, when the manager was informed his answer was "it's like that, sorry"

The Raviolis con carne were raw. The dough was mashy and the filling was tasteless.

The waiters were nice.

Cheap but good chain with decent enough Italian food, better than the average around Zurich for a fraction of the price.
