Room was decent enough and I like some of the boutique elements, but the reception staff were pretty slow and unhelpful. It's on the edge of the red light district... Not dreadfully so, but a little seedy.

Quite disappointing. Rooms were smaller than expected and a bit tatty. Bathroom was not a bad size. Hotel is not located in a particularly nice area.

Modern, chic, has all essentials and great service. The staff is very friendly. Location is close to the lake, although the actual street it resides and a couple of street surrounding are nothing special.

We had a great stay in Hotel N'vY last week. Rooms were perfect, location was excellent and staff was very friendly!

Picked this hotel a bit randomly, was not disappointed with the modern layout and cool furniture. Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and polite. You won't regret a stay here.
