Service is suitable but getting an appointment is horrible. Long waits on the phone (even the phone operators are overwhelmed) only to hope they remember to phone you back leave me seriously questioning whether I want to lease from BMW again.

Not very content with their handling of our damaged wheel and rim. They were not interested in caring for a BMW owner, even being out of Switzerland. I am sorry, but their customer management for non-diplomatic customers is horrible

We had one day trip from Milan to Geneva to visit Motorshow and our car start overheating in the Montblanc tunnel... Thankfully there is BMW service near the final destination! Reception lady on the phone was very kind telling us that they will try to help us. But upon arrival the service writer was very formal: next free spot within two days... The whole day is ahead of us! Maybe you will find the spot to make the car check? No. Without any compromises. No and no...Why you should be so strict? Is this a customer satisfaction? Is that the way BMW customers should be treated?
