Fitness full of technogym equipment. Lots of choice. Only thing lacking is a power rack, which means it's impossible to do squats out of the Smith machine (their Smith machine is on 2 axis So it's not that much of a problem though).
The gym has lots of PT, which many of the clients use. They are all really friendly and the ambiance is really amazing there, but I didn't find them that knowledgeable about the stuff I did, which honestly nobody does in Portugal, or at least in that gym.

They also have a ton of cardio equipment and the gym was never crowded when I went there.

There are also a spa, many classes and a bar which I didn't get to test.

The gym is also really clean, which is enjoyable.

Only 4 stars though because on the last day I was there, when I went to drink at the fountain, a PT took my stuff to use it with its client just in front of my face when I came back from drinking at the fountain.

40e/week 80e/month without engagement, which is quite pricey in Portugal.

All in all really solid gym with a nice ambiance, will please everybody as long as you don't want to squat or overhead press with free weights.

Adoro o ambiente calmo deste ginásio. Têm bastantes equipamentos e diversos para um treino completo e sem tempos de espera.

The SPA party did NOT include many things it lists on the internet. When confronted to this, the staff never apologized, recognized, or even tried to remedy the situation. Untrained and non-educated customer service. We came from different parts of the country and abroad hoping for a very special bridal shower at this location, the only good thing was that we laughed about the ridiculousness of the situation the rest of the day.
