We went here for the first time 2 weeks ago to try their ADOBO. We thought that since their name says "Adobo Connection" that we would be tasting the best adobo here. Just to be sure, we asked the attendant what ther best seller is. I ordered chicken adobo sa gata while my husband ordered liempo adobo sa gata, and fried chicken for the kids. What we hoped to be an delicious experience turned out otherwise. Their adobos looked like they just the kitchen attendant didnt care of presentation, I cannot understand the taste, it was like eating meatthat has been reheated a lot of time-very dry, soaked unharmoniously in some soy sauce and some gata.I cannot taste other flavors. Hopefully this is not what their adobo really tasted like for their other branches.
