Well, went there and the security almost didn't want me to go upstairs as I had to know the name of the person to visit! Once I got upstairs, no indication on how to call someone. I asked and someone told me to use the fingerprint authentication to get in, and the other told me to ring a bell. I did ring and ring, and waited 5 minutes, no one showed up. Then I went to the website and left a message on their web chatbox, and no one replied since yesterday! Certainly didn't start well. From outside, it's nowhere near my other coworking spaces in SF, LA, HK, or Canada. I am rating them 1 out of 5 because of total lack of customer service and professionalism. Lastly, to get to that area, it took me literally 1 hour from Makati. Gook luck!

I've been to A Space, as a participant in an event and as a customer about to rent the space for an event, and I have nothing but praises for the place and the people working there. The place is nice, very organized, and beautifully-furnished. The people I've coordinated with are very efficient, considerate, and super easy to work with. :) I would recommend this place to everyone.
