Easy to get to, most tour buses pickup from here. Room size is adequate at a little over 300 sq ft.. Very clean rooms with staff ready to assist you.

Hotel was nice overall, with a few technical issues in the suites, such as the light in the ceiling not having a switch in the room, forcing me to kill all power in the suite if I wanted to sleep in darkness. Otherwise a nice experience for a short weekend stay

It can pass-off as a 4 star but the property is good. Very friendly staff. Room sizes are enough for 2 persons and 1 bag. Breakfast was good. So was dinner. Located next to the waterfront makes it convenient; hardly 10 minutes drive from 2 airport. Small and good.

Very friendly and service minded staff, great view from some of the newer rooms. Feels a little weird to be place in a HC-room. Breakfast is good, possible to order eggs, bacon, omelets, waffles etc from a menu.

We are in a business room and it's quite lovely. The coffee is great and the breakfast that comes with the room is good. I wish they had the traditional salmon lox but the fresh bread is amazing and there is a wide variety of eggs meats and cheeses as well as fresh yogurts, oatmeal and toppings. I'm partial to the jam and toast with Brie. The espresso machine in every room is spectacular and the breakfast hall has a machine that makes any coffee drink - it's better than a Starbucks. The location is prime - Right by the water and walkable to everything downtown - and after the free breakfast the restaurant serves lunch and dinner - those are both fabulous. The staff is the most lovely bunch of people. They are so helpful and really go above and beyond. The "Top Relax" gym on the 10th floor has a beautiful view. The equipment is limited if you like weight machines, but they have a great array of free weights and some cardio equipment - totally enough to keep up your routine on the road. And the sauna with a view of the whole city is lovely. I've never seen it crowded. It's a great hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone! I'm sure I will be back.
