Came here around 10 minutes before closing, but was turned away. Should have online process to reduce long queues and schedule work better.

Also, this place is closed on Saturdays and so I had to go to the AA centre in New Lynn to get a license converted.

I missplaced my id. So visted this store they are in incredibly rude and really hard to ask questions they act as if we are dump and dont know anything.
Not often that one person will loose there drivers license!!
Anyway I honestly travel to new market now to get my AA help or ring up !!

I will never visit this store again !!

Visited multiple times within last month. Almost every time I was treated with different information. ridiculous waiting time. Most importantly they treat you badly, bad service. Rude and mean!

Came at 2PM on a Tuesday, no queues! Applied for a replacement driver's license, the fellow serving me was very friendly though yes he did move at a glacial speed. 15 minutes later he'd finished typing my details in and everything was sorted, and behind me an enormous queue had built up.

If you're lucky enough to come at a good time you'll be fine, otherwise good luck.

Horrible experience! They don't know how to speak to the customers. They treat me like why this guy is here. Really AA should take some serious action against this center to make the customer satisfaction high. I would like to give less than 1 star if there is a option to do that.
