This is what 5-star hotel meant. Fantabulous!

Great points:

Bed - Clean and comfortable.
Toilet - Exceptional! Cleanest hotel toilet I have ever seen. No grime in between tiles, waterhole grill on the ground, bathtub! Ceiling has no mould!
Snack and drinks bar - A good variety and we'll stocked. Super clean fridge, kettle and glasses. Thanks for the Nespresso!
Work station - Comfortable chair, good lighting and clean table surface.
Swimming pool - 25 metres. Clean. Fit for a quick short training. I like the flooring, point of difference!
Spa and sauna - Immaculate!

Points for improvement (minor):
Shower cubicle - Whenever open cubicle door, to reach for towel which was hung by the glass door, it makes the floor wet.
Toilet amenities - Please provide cotton buds and bubbles for bath time? ;)
Bathroom - Allow music to play in the bathroom, a must have for when enjoying a bath.

Though the lobby is great spot for a coffee, unfortunately it not as comfortable for a nice quite sit down. Too much going as one may expect from a hotel lobby. Coffee was reasonable so overall it was an okay experience

This hotel is superb everything you expect from a 5 Star Hotel. Fantastic dining options either on site or just outside front doors of hotel ( And these are award winning resturants also) and can charged back to your room.Rooms are nicely laid out some great views however you will have to ask when booking.Gym & pool area are very modern and are very clean and tidy. Some staff could be a little more friendly.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable, clean rooms with daily room service. Good coffee available at the Gusto restaurant downstairs in the mornings, they also do meals or takeaway breakfast/ coffee and pastries. The hotel is central to everything and staff are helpful. If you are lucky you may get to enjoy watching people do BASE jumping from the Sky Tower across the street.

Our room was clean and beautiful. The service is always friendly and very helpful when needed. I will say to request a room with a view of that's your thing because where we were there wasn't much to look at, just the neighbouring high rise. Overall an excellent place for couples looking for a one night stay or a longer holiday in the city.
