Best Western President Hotel Auckland

This is a standard Best Western. It's a bit dated, and you can tell by the sealant in the wall and window corners, and the mattress. However, staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was still very comfortable (I had come off at 14 hour flight at 5:30AM and had to go out for a walk until check in at 2), and I was out like a light as soon as my head hit the pillow. Small fridge came with some creamer which was a pleasant surprise. They don't do that here in Canada. Breakfast is not included, but there is free WiFi. I didn't drive in, but there's a sign at the front desk recommending to register with them early to guarantee a spot, otherwise you have to park elsewhere and pay, or something.

We were there overnight before we flew home. The rooms were comfortable the beds were too.. It suited us. There were 8 of us. They had a scale to weigh our bags which was great. Some of us were over the limit before we got to the airport.. Nice place.

Hotel was very nice. Location is fantastic. The only downside was the noise of the construction in the morning but that's not the hotels fault. Would recommend.

We had a great time. Hotel central and staff were pleasant. Brendan helped solve an issue we had with transport hire and went out of his way. True gentleman.

The location is good as just walking distance from sky tree and reception is 24 hours open.
Close to convenient store and Count down.
Room wasn't spacious and parking lot is underground and too much hustle to park each time as parking space is so tight.
Overall nice hotel though
