poor customer service. bought a coffee and its cold to warm. they replaced it but they made it look like its my fault. they were angry and not apologetic at all. never coming back

I ordered Dark Belgian Chocolate in this store n the Theobroma in Botany.
They taste different, how strange?!
N the Botany Theobroma one taste much much much better.
+ this store is dirty and old.

Many mould is on the ceiling. Suggest to clean it asap. The chair is broken and dirty. This is second time to visit but the problems are still existing.

yummy waffles but poor customer service. Completely rude and slams food and tables and chairs when "cleaning". I guess someone was not in the mood to be at work and was letting everybody know? lol :/

Guy that served us initially was great. Although not very talkative. We got served fast and the cheesecake we ordered came just after we sat down. Except it was served with plastic forks - something I wouldn't expect from a coffee shop. Not sure where the proper cutlery was. The girl that brought our drinks was very rude. Instead of asking 'is there anything else you're waiting on?' Rather she asked 'is that all?' And took away the table number. Very rude and lack of customer service. Drinks were good and that was the only plus side.
