There is another Mariscos Lauro Villar on Central Blvd that sets the example. This one leaves much to be desired.

The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Chips and consomme de mariscos were brought to the table. I had the fried fish while my brother had the fried fish and shrimp plate. The food was good. The decor was interesting. There were various styles of clocks hanging on the walls, each with it's own time. The restaurant looked clean and well-kept.
