The place is pretty dark. Food is okay. They have tried their best to try to tweek the concept, but it's still a copy of The Bar Stock Exchange.

Super unhappy with the service at Agent Jacks Amanora. The staff is discourteous and rude. They do not have manners of talking to the guests. Will NEVER visit again. The bouncers and the girls at the entrance misbehave as per their ease. And the manager was not helpful at all. Being in the service industry we expect basics. Manners and talking politely. Disappointed!!!!!!!!

An excellent place to hang out with friends, the music is just perfect. The bidding for liquor add an additional fun to make your evening perfect. Missing part is the dance floor, that can add on an superb attraction for the guest. The food was decent enough to change your taste bud. Service charge is applicable which can levied off but Vat charge on liquoir was not acceptable after the implementation of GST.

Nice ambience. Drinks are reasonably priced. They play good music. They have app using which one can bid the liquor rate and get it for a very cheap price. Food is bit costly and I didn't like it so much. Overall it's a decent place to hangout in Amanora Mall. Little improvement is needed in food quality and taste.
