Good and cheap place.
Yes, services are OK, but compared to Nainital, it's better and quiet place.
All visiting places are nearby.
You can bargain.

I don't hate this hotel. It is very ordinary hotel food is ordinary or u have to arrange from out side. Bedding and room service is poor. Parking is not available.
