Not so great place, which it was. Swiftly earning a basld reputation as observed in last 4 visits.
The service is very slow. This review is by no means out of frustration or anything. This is the only salon in my vicinity hence regular place for hair cut. For people who have options to explore surely this place is not the one as their service will cost you good chunk of your time.
I would rather not suggest you this place unless you have good amount of time and money to at disposal.

Don't ever go for any beauty treatment. They are self-declared spa specialists. A girl came along and recommended me smoothening treatment when I had been for spa . I agreed for the smoothening treatment and she just applied a cream, let it rest for an hour, washed it off, dried my hair.. DONE. and I paid 1900 bucks. My hair has medium length and they charged for long hair. If you want to utilize your money I would recommend Naturals. Don't ever choose B21. They lost my trust. Especially the girl whose only aim is to charge without any service.

They r using fake product Nd behave like they r providing good product ..I went there for keratin treatment ...but they did only hairspa ..Nd told me like it's keratin treatment.......it's opposite of BMC mall B21 Salon.. don't go there .. everyone is fake there ...worst service
