The food is delicious and it is always nice to be surprised with the next course. The different wines were chosen by a sommelier to mash the dishes. It was a nice culinary experience.

Excellent 5-course meal with wine pairing. Husband can't handle seafood so this was taken out of the surprise menu. All courses were excellent, the wine pairings were fine if a little too much oaked wine for our tastes. All in all a lovely evening.
