Clean, large rooms and kind, very helpful staff. Nice view to allianz arena. didn't have a breakfast, very high price (19 euro).

Wonderful hotel and accommodating staff. Good breakfast, rooms and decent internet. Overall, some of the staff of the hotel went à long way to help out for all our requests. Economical too for the quality.

Good location for my 3 day meeting. Staff were friendly on reception and it was painless to get checked in, but the rooms are tiny. About a 40cm gap a round the bed. Size of the room made it difficult to work at the desk, you had to be very organised. Food in the restaurant was great, but service was slow, in both the restaurant and the bar.

Hotel facilities are quite nice, but the rooms have plenty to be desired. The shower doorpanels have a roughly 2 cm gap between them so water spills all over the floor. This isn't really avoidable unfortunately. Still, the rest of the hotel was quite nice, service was great, and I had a net great experience.

Everything was fine with the hotel. Below are my reasons for not giving 5 stars.

No temperature control in the room. I slept with the window wide open every night because it was too HOT.
No face cloths for washing.
No ironing board or iron in room.
No free fitness center for guests.

These are all standard in US hotels. I realize they may not be in Europe, but for the price paid, my expectations are high.
