The service at this location has seriously gone down hill. I went to get my eyebrows waxed today as I'm standing in a wedding this weekend and specifically told the girl I didn't want my eyebrows thinner, just cleaned up. However the girl who was helping me got completely distracted when her friend came into the store and she waxed my eyebrows in under a minute (a process that usually takes 10-15) and sent me on my way. When I got home I looked in the mirror to check them out only to notice she waxed one of my eyebrows way thinner than the other. I'm assuming this is why she decided not to show me the final product in-store. I expect way more from a store in which I pay yearly to be a member. Highly disappointed.

I visited Visage on saturday with my granddaughter. For her 7th birthday she wanted her ears pierced. The first lady that approached us said yes they could do that. She then asked us to pick the earrings while she wrote up an invoice. I was then required to pay and the debit machine prompted me to offer a tip. At that point the person i was being asked to tip had spoken less than 20 words to me, not made eye contact with my granddaughter and provided zero service so that felt awkward. As soon a the debit went through and i was paid in full the clerk instructed my granddaughter where to sit. While trying to retrieve my phone from my purse the ear was pierced......and my granddaughter was crying because she had been given no warning. The clerk then told my granddaughter that she was sorry and tried to give her a hug. What should have been a happy memorable event turned into a traumatic event. I feel ripped off and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have gotten my eye brows waxed for years at Visage, the ladies are fantastic and are always listening to all your concerns. I have been using the products forever and they are amazing, the ladies there always know what products to suggest for every season for all skin types. I have also gotten a makeup application done and have always looked great. Thanks for all your help.

I've been getting my brows done here for over 5 years and always have a fantastic experience! The ladies are always SO nice and willing to help. I'm not very knowledgeable with make-up or beauty products, so they are always very informative and recommend things that end up being perfect for me. I'd recommend Caryl Baker Visage to anyone!

So I love visage for doing my eyebrows, this is actually the only way place I will get my brows done at. The reason why I am giving a 3 instead of 5 star is because calling to make an appointment is ridiculous. I have called there 18 times today literally and EVERY TIME it has gone to their answering machine. They are open,I know this for a fact, and it's sad that no one can answer the phone at least 1 out of the 18 times. I'm going away and need to book an appointment before I leave but I doubt that will happen. Also this isn't the first time this has happened. On average I have to have 6-8 times for them to actually answer the phone. It makes me angry because I am a member and I will only let Jillian do my eyebrows so I need to know if she's in or not. I now have to debate if it's worth driving all the way to the mall to see if Jillian is working or just not having my eyebrows done for my trip. Visage you need to either have someone to answer your phones or delicate a person to who is doing waxing to do so. There is no way they couldn't answer one of the EIGHT TEEN times I've called in the last 3 hours.
