OMG this restaurant!!!! Such great food, and the staff are AWESOME! Cheryl is THE BEST!! I loved the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The restaurant is really clean and bright, too. I was too full for dessert but it looked delicious! This is my new favourite!

This place is disappointing to say the least. I ordered the chicken ciabatta sandwich ($16.95). When my food came out it looked pretty good until I opened the sandwich to discover that the chicken breast I assumed would come in my sandwich was roughly a quarter of a chicken breast, over 60% of my sandwich was just bread, this came with a tiny side salad that was weak in itself. When placing my order I asked if I could add onions to the sandwich, I was told that yes they could do that, but at an additional cost....I'm sorry but who charges for onion on a sandwich? All the sandwich had on it was the sliver of a chicken breast, 2 pieces of bacon and one slice of cucumber. I really didn't think asking for onion should require me to pay more then the $17 I was already paying for a lackluster sandwich. My daughter ordered off of the kids menu, a pizza. Now keep in mind she did enjoy the pizza, but $7 for a kids meal with no side, no desert and a tiny non-refillable drinks seems a little steep to me. I would never go back to this place. It is overpriced and severely overrated. I think the management needs a serious overhaul. Drinks that are non-refillable, charging to add a basic ingredient to a sandwich, kids meals with not even a side is pretty appalling in my opinion.
Now, I would also like to say that our waitress was lovely and she was also sympathetic to our disappointment. She also seemed quite shocked by the lack of chicken on my chicken sandwich lol.
I have not a complaint in the world about the service we recieved. My complaint lies solely in the mediocre food, lack of flexibility with the menu and way over charging for food that would likely be better from a fast food restaurant.

After waiting over thirty minutes and watching people eat who'd arrived after us, our food arrived. Thank goodness mom had some mars bars in her purse. Tragically I drank all my Coke and asked for a refill but they don't do that here, so I suppose I should have sat quietly not drinking for 30 mins so I could have it with my food. Pizza was ok -soggy ,soupy in the middle,but tasty on the outside. Just lukewarm. Maybe it needed another half hour in the oven. Salad was good but Chicken was clearly frozen and grilled. Mom had a fruit platter and coffee which was very good and she got a refill on the coffee!!! Lucky her. The ambience was loud and people yelled at their tables to talk. I'm not coming back.

What a great spot for breakfast! My advice: Order the Italian sandwiches - yes, for breakfast. JUST DELICIOUS!! Great location too, right around this area of Hamilton that is being totally revamped with lots of very cool little stores and Antique markets... worth checking out! Great food, nice staff, good prices. Way to go! (PS: The bathroom could use a little scrubbing...)

Food was okay. Coffee was horrible. the waitstaff was tricky. Our waitress berated the coffee girl for not bringing milk to the table when asked. My cloth napkin fell on the floor right from the start and all the table server saw the napkin on the table but no one bothered to replace it with a clean one picking it up I can understand but at least bring me a clean one. Overcharged on the extra toasted rye bread. Got a lecture because we stocked our plates and the waitress said that was very dangerous. We still gave a great tip but the service was lacking hopefully the Tipple Inspire them to do better and it's a tough job waiting tables but tough job or not customer service seem to be non-existent. We will never return. And where did mouth is strong.
