Heartless supervisor

I am waiting for next flight with 2 little kids and my sick husband because of 1 minute late after the gate closed. This is my situation. Its about time to go to the gate but my little one (1.5 yo) has done the poopoo, she cried to ask for changes so we need to do nappy change. We rush to the gate and I and my elder one were there on time before the gate closed however my husband was so sick to walk fast so when he arrives the man at the counter (supervisor) said he was 2 minutes late. My iphone just 1 minute as I have counted every single seconds. He refused to let us to get in even I and my son were there, just wait for my husband. My husband couldnt walk fast because of his abdominal pain. He will have his operation on 3/11. I think its really terrible service and disgusting when he refused to let us in and we have to pay $1100 for new ticket. We dont want to upset our son because of the heartless human that we deal with. Just 1 minute and now kids have to wait for 3 hrs at the airport. I couldnt use any words to describe my anger. I wish that he have kids at mine age and he will understand how hard to handle with them. If you just want to make profit by this way is very unfortunate. And I extremely feel regret to buy ticket from this airline.

Good food and drink selection. Lots of desks with power. Quieter than Qantas resulting in faster wifi too.

Nice environment and roomy but only soup for tea. Some more hot food would be good.
Needs facewashers in the bathroom facilities.

Worth a visit. But just after I arrived staff removed all the fresh food and didn't replace, so I noticed many travellers went hungry. Staff very friendly. Spacious surroundings.

A great place to relax and freshen up before your next flight. Featuring a decent selection of wines, beers, soft drinks and a small selection of food. There is always a barista on hand ready to take coffee orders.
