Very friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located, the Cascade Hotel is a short walk to the Cascade Monument and the central business district of Yerevan, which is highly convenient.

Firstly the hotel is located in the middle of the city,next to the cascade,thats the only plus point.Other than that the hotel rooms are really tiny.Breakfast options were not up to the mark.

Newly renovated and warm welcoming staff. Great location. But the AC constantly suffers problems and the hotel wasn't prepared with backup ventilation. Room service was also a letdown.

Extremely friendly staff and great location! The rooms were small, but I guess, this is due to the central location.

Excellent hotel considering the location, friendly staff and cleanliness...would have given 5 star if hot water was available for bathing!!
