Chris was great. He trained me for 5 months. He was very professional. Encouraged when needed. He helped me with my diet. I toned up and lost body fat.

I have been working with Chris at Fit4Life Studios for almost 2 months now. My husband encouraged me to reach out for help since I had reached one of the lowest points in my life. I had struggled with many failed attempts to improve my fitness and weight. When I met with Chris I was nervous about exposing my failures. He listened to me and we discussed my goals. He assured me that he could help me reach those goals. Chris provided me with a solid food plan to cover my nutritional needs. During our sessions he pushes me beyond what I ever thought I could do. Chris encourages good form and gives tips on how to push through those last reps that seem impossible. In the last 6 weeks I have lost a dress size, become more confident, and have noticed that I am in a much happier place than I have been in a very long time. I still have a long journey ahead, but I am happy to have Chris guide me through.

I had the pleasure of working out with Chris in his private studio for five months. In those five months, I saw my body fat decrease and my muscle tone increase. Chris really takes the time to get to know you and your goals in the gym. He has a broad knowledge on nutrition and stresses that is key to achieving your goals. He is very attentive to your form to ensure you are lifting and learning proper form. He cares about your overall health. Chris has been the only person to suggest I go see a chiropractor as my hips appeared out of alignment when I did squats. I took his advice, and he was spot on. My alignment issues were addressed, and I was able to use proper form on leg day.

I worked out with a partner, and he really ensured within that hour that he addressed both of our needs. We just so happened to have the exact opposite body types. He was always there to provide instruction and talk us through those tough diet days. He really cares about his clients and their results, and I felt that every time I entered the studio. If you are thinking about personal training, I highly recommend calling Chris and take the first step. Grab a friend to join you and help keep you motivated as he will work with groups. You will not regret it!

I've just completed my first month with Chris and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer and overall experience. Not only did he create challenging workouts that I have grown to love and produce results, but he has a ton of knowledge on nutrition and has helped me completely change my diet to healthy foods. In addition, through out my month I experienced different areas of difficulty including stomach problems as well as trouble sleeping and Chris was able to recommend supplements and additional aids to help me over come these problems so I could further my progress. Chris has helped me stay on track, motivated, sparked a love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, and most importantly made me love the way I look and feel again! I couldn't be more thankful....Chris Monahan is definitely the trainer for you!
