Well not be using them again. Nor would I recommend them. Still waiting for them to call back as well. And very rude, I will make sure no one I know will there. The car was never cleaned which was told that and was fine with. And they never checked the car when I brought back. Just took keys and walked away. Now trying to charge me for cleaning it.

I like that they pick you up and bring you to their office for you to rent the car. We had a wonderful driver and great smiley service!

Awesome customer service! We had an issue with our car while at the beach for the day and we needed a rental car.. we showed up at the office and our reservation was not even there but the lady transferred ours and got us on our way.. it had been a long stressful day and she helped us a lot!! We were so thankful, would def go there again!! Thanks for the great customer service!

First I had to wait an hour before you had a car available for me. I now when I made the reservation that I had asked for a 8:00 a.m. pick up. No problem, I just sat there patiently until a vehicle was available. The issue is when the vehicle arrived it smelled of cigarette smoke. The agent that check me in had me to drive the vehicle to the back where he sprayed some fragrance to only camouflage the odor. Every time we got in the vehicle during our rental period there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke which was very annoying. Especially when the vehicle was labeled with a NOT SMOKING label. After returning the vehicle I called and was offered a discount thank you for making me a satisfied customer. Again however that vehicle should have never been rented until it was completely detailed.
