Staff acted as if they were doing customers a favor, didn't seem like customer service was a priority here. The guy that came in after me greeted staff with a good morning and a smile, staff looked at him like he was an over excited goon. Staff didn't say word other than
"reservation number". Will avoid this location.

Great service! Friendly staff. Waived the hour late fee. Would recommend and will use again!

It was Sunday and not much crowd but waited for around 40 minutes to get my turn. Only one old grumpy man handling all the work himself! Would not recommend to anyone in a hurry

Booked and paid online for a car on 5/27 for 10am. I arrived at the location at 9am where there was a huge line and only attendant who was making the reservations, fueling the cars, washing the cars and doing car returns if there were any. I got the car finally at 11am. The attendant is polite but extra staff is badly needed.
