No complaints best Pollo Loco I've been to. I seen the manager go out of her way to fix an order for someone. VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service and the food.

My husband & I went to the restaurant & ordered the $20 Family Choice Meal. We were given a choice of salad but were told that we could NOT choose the 2 side dishes but HAD to get Rice & Beans. To me that's not having a "Choice." We ordered the "Mixed" Chicken but only got 1 1/2 very dry wings. The chicken has good flavor but was on the dry side.

It's very good chicken. But if you eat there, you'll need a quarter to use the bathrooms because it used to get vandalized. Tells you a lot about the neighborhood so we always take our food to go. At least they have a drive thru!

I go to El Pollo Loco on E.Market daily that they call my order "The Special." The staff already knows what I order and I think it's actually really nice. Majority of the staff I have had experiences with are kind and very welcoming. They tend to forget to add a food item I had ordered in my bag from time to time, but they make sure to make up for it. I recommend coming to El Pollo Loco in this location.
