This is the worst location I've encountered. Horrible customer service, the person in charge doesn't know what she's doing. I will definitely be contacting corporate for being charged on my debit card & not getting my food. When my bank account was processed & according to the lady the transaction was not received.

After we ordered our food, we paid with my debit card & it showed in my account as soon as I pulled my bank transactions on my mobile app. The lady said it didn't go through because it kept showing transaction canceled. She showed us the receipt but we explained that as soon as it posts in my account it's going to come out from my account. So she kept arguing with us about how it's not going to come out. She said so what are we going to do, we told her we didn't have cash & she said we'll my system is down so I can't help you. We left & called my bank, as we already knew. My bank confirmed the transaction & said the funds were already going to be posted by tomorrow latest monday. So now we got charged with no food smh. This is the worst location we've been at. We will never return to this trash of a place.

Food is decent. But seriously. I ordered a large fries and when I got home, I found the fries container 2/3 full. It was bottom(fries), middle(ranch containers) and top fries to make it look freaking full! What bullcrap is that! Chicken tenders were soggy with oil. Just a big disappointing night.

Great food and James is very great at his job and took pride in carrying the food to the table. If you're listening management, consider giving him a promotion!! If I could, i would get a job here too
