I have used this Hertz location a couple times now. They are very courteous and friendly and have been easy to work with. I have also seen them go out of their way to help customers who were in tough situations.

Insurance replacement, car was dirty, rental agent did not do a walk around with me. Took me 10 min to figure out how to open has tank door. Had too leave a credit card # with them, even for a insurance replacement. Six weeks later Hertz has changed my debt card for an additional $195.00! Do not trust them with your credit card numbers.

I reserved and paid in full for a mini van for our family vacation. I scheduled for it to be ready for pick up at 10am. We did not arrive until 11:30. When I picked it up, the associate asked if I needed him to wash the outside of it. I assumed it would have been cleaned before I arrived. By the time I arrived, I didn't have time to wait for him to take it somewhere to wash it. The van was filthy inside and out. It hadn't been vacuumed, there were several pieces of trash in it, sticky stuff all over the dash, and it smelled aweful!!! Oh and the power doors didn't work. Horrible horrible experience.

Sorry for the long post but please read this may help as a warning. My husband and I look at reviews all the time when trying something new to see other people experiences, we value the honesty, so I feel I should help others as well. My experience with hertz has been horrible now the agent Justin was very nice I will say that, but the cars have been dirty with the very few options you get to choose from, from the start. I give more chances because sometimes the first experience anything can happen, so I believe to try again well this was my final straw. I had to pick my husband up from Dallas Love Airport and I had to get the car which was all they had and I had this in reservation for over a week, the car was so filthy, well I was able to switch cars from the airport and got a nicer one I was ok so far because I wasn't out of any inconvenience until this happened, they charged my card when I picked up the car, charged my card when I switched cars and charged my card when I returned the car then I had to go through a hassle to get my money back. People may use hertz and that's your decision but be careful and pay attention to the charges especially at this location.

I checked in online this time and it really sped up the rental process. To be fair, last time I didn't and it was still fairly quick. And to me that's most important. I was in and out, for the pick up and the drop off. Minimal paperwork and they didn't ask me 10 million questions. No fast talking or "miscellaneous" charges. The first thing the gentleman asked when I got back was, "how was it?" And with sincerity I might add... Will definitely rent from them again next time.
