Very flexible hours, 24/7 with your card access is a perfect feature for when you need to go in for your workout at all hours of the night. Especially in what I have experienced so far as a very safe and judgement free environment. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always have a positive attitude that keeps you motivated. All of this combined helps me to want to comeback each day, even if my body is sore from any of the workouts from my Personal Trainer or ones I am doing on my own. I know how much success I see for your future by all the excitement you share with all of us as patrons and wanting nothing but success for each of us as individuals. Thank you so much for keeping such a place as this going for all of us.

Friendly staff, caring childcare attendants, clean facilities, and fun classes. The steam room is nice too.

The classes are really what I was looking for,dynamic ,professional with family like environment. Very knowledgeable staff as well always ready to help and assist in any ways. Flexible day care ,happy kids happy parents😊 Nice facility and always very clean.

Best gym in Jacksonville! They have a friendly professional staff, great personal trainers and the best group fitness program! Love the options on the group fitness schedule!
