HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Representative Scott was extremely rude, and would refuse to help. I will NEVER use this location or Avis simply because of his customer service.

We had originally had a car reserved through Thrifty Car Rental (a month in advance). Long story short, we waited 10 mins for a person to arrive at the front counter of Thrifty (after being on a smoke break), they lost our reservation, and they wouldn't honor the price of the reserved vehicle on a more expensive one. We went over to the Avis counter and the sweet little gal there saved the day!! She was able to get us into a nice car at an affordable rate and was very speedy!! I will always chose Avis first as our experience was so FANTASTIC with them!! Thanks so much!!
