We were forced to stay here for a company trip for two weeks. Had I any control over the situation I would have changed hotels immediately. The rooms aren't all that bad, but the cable doesn't work at all and the free internet crashes often. It says they have a bar and that it is open, but there was no bar or place to sit, though the front desk will sell you an MGD bottle for $5. When I first arrived one of my co-workers had just arrived back to find that the maids cleaned her room and didn't pull the door closed, so her room had been unlocked for hours. Luckily nothing was missing. I left the Do Not Disturb sign on my door to avoid that problem and the maids cleaned my room anyway!
When my roommate arrived a few days after myself the key maker was broken, so they made her sit in the lobby waiting for me to return. After she was settled in, and after midnight, the front desk kept calling to see if she had gotten in and was ok. She had gone out for a smoke and I was trying to sleep. Then one of the male employees let himself in the room, pulled the latch so the door would be propped open and left it that way. I got another call from the front desk advising me of what they had done and told me I should shut the door for my safety.
This is a terrible place to spend an hour, let alone a night, and I am here for about 16 days.
Stay away from this nightmare of a place!

This hotel sucks big time. We went in on 13th jun 2009 and checked in. WE had no supplies in the bathroom. We called the front desk and they said they were sending someone in. But no one came, we never got our soaps. Next morning when we were about to check out, we complained about the supplies. The front desk then informed that the supply truck that was supposed to come on Friday never showed up. On Friday !!!! We checked in on Saturday night and they didnt inform us about this. We were told about it on Sunday when we had to go out to shop for ourselves and get soaps and then checkout.

The matter doesnt end here. There was a 100% satisfaction card in teh room stating that " If you are not satisfied and if your problem is not resolved after complaining to the front desk, then you will be 100% reimbursed."

When we showed the card to the front desk girl Cathaleen, she took the card from us and asked us to call choice number 18004CHOICE. Now when we called choice, CHOICE said that program ended in April and the hotel should not be having those cards in the room. If they have they are responsible for it. and they transferrred me to the hotel number.

In the meantime CHOICE called the hotel and said something I could not belive "DO NOT ENTERTAIN MY REQUEST".. CHOICE TOO SUCKS. The hotel tried its best not to transfer my call to the girl who had checked us out and taken the 100% satisfaction card from us. But I was persistant and Cathaleen told about CHOICE telling us not to entertain us as we "DO NOT AHVE THE PROOF" of having the 100% satisfaction card with me ( as the front desk took it from me)...

CHOICE SUCKS... QUALITY INN SUCKS MORE
