A great little hotel with really helpful staff in the up and coming Barrio Italia neighborhood. Close to the city centre and metro station. Great variety of restaurants, bars, shops and stalls. Buzzing in the evening. Great area to stay.

CasaSur Charming is the best place to stay in Santiago. Eduardo and Catalina are doing an amazing job, they are also surrounded by an amazing staff.
We arrived very early in the morning (5 am) and Belen was waiting for us with a smile on her face, thanks Belen.
Our room was very clean, bright, well design to accommodate our needs as travelers. The house is beautiful, I love its decoration.
Breakfast was delicious.
If we going back to Santiago we will choose CasaSur Charming again, for sure.
